I humbly invite all of you ( mcm ada orang hahaha) to my new place.. Melastik Bintang. I'm still in the middle of editing here and there and plan to move some of my old items there... Come la.. come..

I tried this a couple of years ago... Now the second time, still the best ever steamed cake!
KEK PRUNE KUKUS LEEN - Copied from Resepi Diana

Bahan-bahannya
250g butter
2 cawan tepung naik sendiri
1 cawan gula
1/4 tin besar susu pekat manis (kalau guna tin kecil 1/3 pun cukup)
20 biji prune (kisar dengan sedikit air lebih kurang 2 camca besar air, setakat boleh kisar dah cukup)
5 biji prune (hiris kasar)
5 biji telur
1 sudu teh ovallette
Cara :
1. Didihkan air dalam pengukus.
2. Putarkan butter/gula/susu sehingga sebati.
3. Masukkan telur satu per satu dan putar lagi.
4. Masukkan ovallette dan putar lagi
4. Masukkan prune yg telah dikisar dan putar lagi
5. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit dan kacau hingga sebati.
6. Akhir sekali masukkan prune yg dihiris kasar dan kacau dengan senduk sudah memadai.
7. Griskan loyang dengan butter dan alaskan dengan kertas minyak, tuang adunan ke dalam loyang dan kukus selama 1 1/2 jam.
8. Kalau nak bagi cantik, letakkan beberapa biji prune di atas adunan sebelum dikukus sebagai hiasan.
Saiz adunan
3 adunan 7 x 4 atau 1 adunan 9 x 9 berketinggian 2"
Tips
1. Adunan kek dituangkan sehingga separuh ketinggian loyang untuk memberikan ia ruang untuk naik dengan cantik.
2. Boleh campurkan gula 1/2 cup gula halus + 1/2 brown sugar pun sedap. Warna kek akan jadi lebih gelap disebabkan oleh brown sugar tersebut.
3. Boleh guna topping kek coklat sebagai topping kek ini.
4. Didihkan air di dalam pengukus sebelum mengukus kek dan pastikan wap air pada penutup tidak jatuh ke atas kek (cover kek dengan aluminium foil)
5. It is better to use prune jenama SunSweet. Bila guna prune jenama lain, kek prune kurang mengancam dari segi warna dan rasa.

It's still not too late to wish all on this.. moreover we malaysian celebrate for a month!!
Here's another cookies..
Iris or Irish.. wutever it is, here's the recipe
IRISH COOKIES - Copied from MamaFami

Ingredients :
A
180 g butter (I used margarine) > I used butter..
130 g castor sugar
20 g shortening
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon Nescafe (I omit this) > I added this
1 teaspoon Coffee emulco/Cappuchino Emulco (I used Cappuchino)
B
1/2 teaspoon baking powder ~ sifted
200 g flour ~ sifted
100 g tapioca flour ~ sifted > I omit this and add 50g corn flour and 50g plain flour..ampun tuan punye resepi...
40 g Nestum ( blend slightly)
Decoration : Cooking chocolate, sugar deco
Method :
1. Cream butter, shortening and sugar. Add in egg yolk and cappuchino emulco.
2. Add in ingredients B until a soft dough is formed.
3. Roll out the dough and cut using cookie cutter of your choice.
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven till done.
5. Let the cookies cooled. Drizzle with melted cooking chocolate and sprinkle some sugar deco.
Note : The Nestum can be substitute with slightly blended cornflakes
Triple choc chip cookies, I took from who else.. Shima.. Marvellous!! Here's the recipe;
TRIPLE CHOC CHIP COOKIES - Copied from Shima's FP
resepi: shima (cookies trademark i turun-temurun)
350gm butter
1 cwn gula
1/2 cwn serbuk koko
2 1/2 cwn bubble rice
1 1/2 cwn choc chip (PLAIN, MILK & WHITE)
1 cwn mixed nuts - dibakar dulu hingga keperangan
1 cwn tepung jagung
2 cwn tepung naik sendiri
coklat masakan cair (utk hiasan)
CARA:
1. panaskan oven 180 celcius...sementara tu pukul butter & gula hingga kembang
2. masukkan serbuk koko...kacau sebati.
3. bubuh bubble rice, choc chip & nuts..kacau sebati lg
4. masukkan tepung sikit2...uli ngan tgn...
5. jemput2kan & susun atas dulang pembakar...bakar dlm oven selama 20-25min.. bakar sampai abes.
6. dah sejuk br cairkan coklat masakan guna kaedah double boiling pastu lorek2 atas cookies

No, it's not yet Eid but tis is the season to try out all recipes found in the cyber.. hehe..
Milky Milk Choc- taken from Mak Lang's FP.
White choc drizzle..
Milky Milk Choc. Cookies - copied from MakLang's FP

Bahan A
225 gm butter
125 gm gula kastor (tambah skit lagi gula menjadi 130g kerana kurang manis)
1 biji kuning telur
1 sdt esen vanilla
Bahan B
20 gm tepung kastad
250 gm tepung gandum
75 gm tepung jagung
100 gm quaker oat atau roll oat (dibakar kejap)
2 sudu makan serbuk koko
Cara
Putar gula dengan butter hingga sebati.
Ayak bersama kesemua jenis tepung dan serbuk koko, masukkan oat.
Masukkan telur kuning dan vanilla ke dalam adunan butter tadi. Gaul rata dan masukkan tepung tadi dan uli hingga sebati.
Canai adunan mengikut acuan kesukaan dan bakar. Setelah biskut sejuk barulah di salut dengan susu tepung tadi.
Biskut Dahlia.. this is my favourite of all (ooppss tart still is!) .. Just use nozzle heheh..
BISKUT DAHLIA

Bahan
225 gm butter
110 gm gula ising
1 biji kuning telur
1/2 s/k esen vanilla
70 gm tepung jagung
120 gm tepung kastad
170 gm tepung rose/tepunng gandum
ceri merah sebagai hiasan
Cara
1. Gaulkan butter dan gula ising sebati.
2. Masukkan telur dan esen vanilla. kacau rata.
3. Ayakkan semua tepung dan masukkan dalam bancuhan butter sedikit demi sedikit.
4. Gunakan acuan dahlia dan pamkan dalam loyang.
5. Letakkan ceri merah ditengah adunan yg dipamkan.
6. Bakar dalam oven suhu 170'c selama 15 - 18 minit.
7. Sejukkan betul dan simpan dalam balang kedap udara.

100 gm butter
160 gm shortening
140 gm gula kastor
½ sdt esen vanilla
Bahan B
230 gm tepung gandum
90 gm tepung beras --> this is the part that I mix up between rice flour and cocoa..so my cookies is blacky..
30 gm serbuk koko
¼ sdt garam
60 gm gajus (kisar) --> use hazelnut ground
80 gm kelapa kering
HIASAN : Putih telur, chocolate rice --> substitute with hazelnut
Cara
Sebatikan semua bahan A.
Masukkan semua bahan B. Gaul-gaul tekstur ala-ala breadcrumb. Tambahkan butter dan uli hingga menjadi doh yang lembut.
Canai dan terap, sapu dengan putih telur dan taburkan dengan chocolate rice. --> Use hazelnut ground.. so my version should be rename to Choc Hazelnut cookies
Bake at 160C - 15 - 20 mins.

Got the recipe from Shima's fotopages..
PAU
resepi : kak jasmeen (copy paste from Shima's FP)
500 gm Tepung Pau
2 sdt Baking powder
260 gm air suam
1/2 peket instant yis (mauripan) or 6gm
7 sdb gula halus
3 sdb shortening / lemak sayur
CARA:
1. Campurkan tepung & baking powder (gaul rata)
2. Bancuh yis & gula dgn air suam, kacau sehingga gula larut
3. Masukkan air kedlm tepung & uli sehingga licin..(lembik adunan lbh krg spt adunan roti canai, klu rasa keras, leh tmbh air)
4. Masukkan lemak sayur, uli lg sehingga licin..
5. Tutup dgn kain, biarkan naik sekali ganda..
6. Bila dah naik..tumbuk2 utk keluarkan angin..dan bentukkan bulat2 kecil..
7. Masukkan inti kegemaran..dah biarkan 10 min sblm dikukus..
8. Kukus selama 10 min dgn api yg kuat (jgn lama2)

INTI SERI KAYA
Resepi: Mamafami.... (copy paste resepi fr Shima's FP.. )
6 butir telur
3 cawan santan kelapa
450g gula
3 sudu besar tepung gandum
2 helai daun pandan (tambahan)
CARA:
1. Pukul telur dengan 150g gula hingga kembang.
2. Masukkan santan kelapa dan tepung. Kacau rata.
3. Jadikan gula hangus dengan 300g gula.
4. Tuangkan gula hangus ke dalam bancuhan telur dan masakkan di atas api yang sederhana sehingga masak. Masakkan selama lebih kurang setengah jam.
I did half recipe but still a lot!!!!
During Ramadhan, it's quiet easy to get flu... sore throat and all... so why not have barley at Iftar?
